Compelled to Tell

As a church committed to praying for one another, we post this daily reminder we can all use for that purpose. It contains a link to the “Our Daily Bread” devotional and a prayer inspired by the passage on which today’s devotion is based. We hope you will find both helpful. We also encourage you to read the “Bible in a Year” passages so that by the end of this year you will have read the entire Bible.
Today’s Our Daily Bread is Compelled to Tell
Considering Acts 20:17-24 may we never hesitate, Heavenly Father, to humbly declare to those who are lost that they must turn to You in repentance and have faith in Your Beloved Son, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Please grace us with single mindedness like that of the Apostle Paul whose only aim was to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus gave him of testifying to the good news of Your grace. Regardless the cost, may we seize every opportunity You provide for us to invite others to be saved by grace through faith in Him Who died and rose from death for their salvation, and to disciple those who put their trust in Him to the praise of Your glory and His in Whose Name we pray. Amen.
